How to find a Real Estate agent in Iraq
How to find a Real Estate agent in Iraq
In most countries, you can find a real estate agent online, where
there are thousands of listings available. You may not get the best
real estate agent, but you've still got one. In Iraq, the problems Iraqis
are facing have started to effect those who sell property.
These
problems do not fall in the financial category. The fall under the category
listed 'Life or Death.'
Real Estate agents act fast, before danger falls on their doorstep.
It isn't so much you finding a real estate agent. In many parts of Iraq,
it's more about how a real estate agent finds you. Don't get me wrong--it's
not as if I'm referring to a country destined for demise, one that has
not even a shred of hope to grasp onto if the real estate industry is
looking as bad as I have described. In some parts of Iraq, yes, hope
is just a weak and unstable string to hold onto, and all business deals
should be done covertly. However, that's not always the case--in fact,
many people who are interested in finding a real estate agent in order
to find the perfect home can look online just like people in America
do. I recommend the international home buying websites where you can
find, and even list, property. There are even websites that allow you
to go online and enter in a zip code of choice and, depending on the
part of Iraq, it will direct you to a real estate agent that can help
you find your dream home. And that's a mighty brighter picture than
the black and gray morose portrayal many U.S. politicians leave Americans
with in reference to Iraqi civility.
Again, and this may sound like a familiar mantra, I'm going to say location
is A MUST when making any Iraqi business transactions, especially in
reference to homes. Buying and selling a home, renting a home, finding
a real estate agent, or investing in the Iraqi real estate industry
all require proper location skills. the importance of the L word is
bound to catch up. Homes in parts of Iraq including Mosul, Al-Jadriah
and Mansour (to name a few) are listed on websites and a simple click
on the link "Contact Us" will suffice and make sure you have a real
estate agent helping you through the proper home buying steps.
If you live in Iraq, you know first hand the ups and downs real estate
agents face when it comes to unloading houses--the smallest ones get
picked first for their low prices, and the safest ones get picked first
for their security, no matter how high the price. In this arrangement,
desperate meets desperate. Real estate agents on Iraq soil are looking
to get rid of homes that are in dangerous environments, and they're
doing so at affordable prices. The difficulty in finding a real estate
agent? Not low.
